This Week in the Farm Store (November 18 & 19)

Can we take a moment to appreciate the beautiful Romanesco cauliflower harvest this year!? It’s very similar in flavor to cauliflower you’re used to seeing in the grocery store—a little nuttier, maybe—but it naturally grows in this beautiful fractal pattern and chartreuse hue. It’s delicious when roasted and a visually stunning addition to any plate. Grab some in the store this weekend!
