Where are our garlic scape fans at? Last week alone we harvested over 45 lbs of these curly little guys, so there are plenty to go around! If you’re not familiar with them, garlic scapes are the tender stem and flower bud of a garlic plant. They have a mild garlic flavor and are delicious whether they are sautéed, grilled, roasted, pickled, etc. If you want to snag some organic garlic scapes, stop by our store this week… we are selling bunches of ten for $1.00!
